Get the information to make your best decision

When shopping for a loan there are many options even in this market when loan sources seem to be drying up.  With the prices moving into more affordable ranges the government loan programs of the past have become powerful buying tools for the first time buyer, or even the non-first time buyer.  Getting the information about buying a home can help make the decision if now is the time to buy.  Of course low home prices are also a great time to look at moving up, investing in property or even buying a second home.

How to start

It all starts with a conversation to address your needs and match your profile to available loan programs.  In a short amount of time you can be armed with information about buying such as; rates, payment estimates, what you may need to do to prepare and what programs you may qualify for.

Tools and web site

Check out the calculators and other pages to learn more about the pieces of a mortgage and definitions.  With the large amount of programs and the constant changes it is not feasible to have all of them and their guidelines posted here.  Every persons situation is different and the answers to your questions are only a phone call or e-mail away.  My favorite page on the site is the daily rate lock advisory, updated daily, even the beginner can learn what affects rates and keep up on the daily news.

More about me

Joining the mortgage industry in 1996 I have experienced the expansion and the contraction of mortgage lending.  My experience has put me in different parts of the mortgage office from receptionist and Assistant all the way up to VP, Operations Manger.  My favorite part has always been working with new buyers that might have thought home ownership was out of reach.... Whether it is next week or next year, I am here to help you reach your dream.

Living in the valley for more than 20 years I have also enjoyed the rural feel and new growth of the area, seeing the benefits and drawbacks of both sides.  Most of the people I help are in the greater Temecula area such as Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Menifee, Sun City, Hemet, Wildomar, San Jacinto, Romoland, Winchester, Nuevo, Perris and out to the other areas of the Inland Empire and San Diego County.

I specialize in helping people make the best decision when buying or refinancing their home.  Having the loan programs available is a necessity and deciding which one to use takes an expert.  Our loan programs include FHA, VA, Conventional, CalPers, CalSTRS, USDA 100% financing, CALHFA, and other first time buyer down payment assistance.  Properties we can lend on include Single Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Manufactured Homes, Planned Unit Developments and Multi-units.  Of course limitations apply for the loan types and property types, but remember "your answers are only a phone call or e-mail away".
